Brittany has a passion and expertise in storytelling, which has led to a 10+ year career in print and radio journalism. She's written for publications like Black Enterprise, Essence, The Wall Street Journal, and Eater Detroit, to name a few, covering entrepreneurship, community development, food and culture. In 2017 she launched Fed & Bougie, a food & lifestyle blog, that celebrates people of color in the food industry. In her blog, she features black-owned restaurants, highlights food-centered events, and shares snippets of her own life, such as trekking through spice farms in Zanzibar.
